Boarding location will be at Main Arrival (outside Arrival Gift Shop)
Service will be suspended in the event of heavy rain or lightning warning for the safety of visitors.

Each ticket allows one (1) on board.
Child 3 yrs and below is free and must be accompanied by an adult.

Audio Tour tickets are not valid for special events.

Tickets sold are non-refundable and void if altered.
No food and drinks are allowed inside the vehicle.
Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.
This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-friendly, bicycles, strollers, personal mobility devices, luggages are not allowed on board the Audio Tour.
Visitors with medical conditions, special physical needs and expecting mothers are advised not to board the Audio tour for safety reasons.

Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the attraction(s) due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
